About MapHabit Action Fund
Established in 2020, the MapHabit Action Fund serves and supports children, adults, and seniors who face age-related health challenges or cognitive disabilities.
Through public donations, grants, and awards, the Fund’s programs provide MapHabit-related caregiver support services at no cost to families, individuals, or groups that serve those who have incomes that are significantly limited and who are unable to afford the costs of quality care technologies and equipment.
